Contact form

Luxe comes with a pre-built contact form and a pre-built contact page template.

You can, if required, also insert a contact form on other pages using the Contact form section.

The contact form includes the following blocks:

• Name
• Email (required)
• Phone number
• Message
• Custom field
• Text

Blocks can be re-ordered or removed to suit your requirements, using the theme editor. Each block has settings to specify whether the field is required. The Name block has a setting to choose whether it is displayed as a single field or two fields (first name and last name). The message block has a setting for the size of the text box.

Custom field can be used to add your own additional field, if required (e.g. order number).

Important: The email block must not be deleted, as the form will not work without it.

When a user sends you a message using your contact form, it will send a copy of the message to the email address specified in your Shopify account.
